7 दिने अभ्यास 

 आषाढ 20 - 26, 2078 (July 4 to 11, 2021)

हरेक दिन बिहान 6.00 - 7.00 बजे सम्म

Zoom मा

सबैलाई नमस्कार सर्व प्रथम, तपाईहरु सबैलाई 7 - दिने "स्थीरता को अभ्यास मा स्वागत छ!

 

यस अभ्यास तपाई आफु भीत्रको एक यात्रा (Inner Journey) हो।

 

यस 7 - दिने अभ्यास बारे केही जानकारी :

 

- ध्यान अभ्यास हरेक दिन बिहान ठीक 6.00 बजे शुरु हुन्छ,

- 5.50 बछे भीत्रमा Zoom Class मा आई सक्नु होला,

- 6.00 बजे भन्दा पछि Zoom मा भित्र आऊन सकिने छैन।

- आफु शान्त संग ध्यान बस्न को लागी, शान्त कोठा र आफुलाई ऊपयुक्त ध्यान बस्ने ठाऊं रोज्नु होला।

 

* कक्षा Audio मा हुनेछ।

कक्षा अवधि भर, आफ्नो Mic लाई Mute मा राख्नु होला। र, आफ्नो Camera बन्द गरेर बस्नु होला।

 

* Zoom मा आफ्नो नाम Register गर्नु होस्, र Zoom मा आफ्नो नाम देखिने गरेर बस्नु होला। मंगल मैत्री कामना सहित,

*** आफु भित्रको शान्त र स्थीरता - हाम्रो लागी धेरै आवश्यक छ, र महत्वपूर्ण पनि छ!!!

*** भित्री स्थीरता ( Inner Stillness) ले हामीलाई जीवनको हरेक ऊतार-चढावका बीचमा पनि आफ्नो जीवनलाई सहजता का साथ, र आफ्नो भीत्रको हृदयको आवाज अनुसार अगाडि बढाई रहन सक्ने बन्नमा सघाऊ पुर्याऊन्छ।

Mindfulness is awareness of the present moment by noticing your thoughts,

emotions & feelings, physical sensations of body, and/or surrounding environment.

Mindfulness can be a “state of mind” in the present moment, and over time,

it can become an enduring personal trait or a way of being and living

so we practice bringing mindful awareness to as many moments in life as possible.

"स्थीरताको अभ्यास"

 

Being Quiet and Being Still is very important for us on daily basis.

It is a way to come back and re-connect with ourselves.

It is way for us to  listen to our inner voices - voices coming from heart.

it is a way for us to create a strong and stable ground for us - so we can deal the life as it comes to us.

Grounding - Centering - Presence

*** आफु भित्रको शान्त र स्थीरता - हाम्रो लागी धेरै आवश्यक छ, र महत्वपूर्ण पनि छ!!!

Being Mindful

Some people think there is a difference between mindfulness and meditation, but this is not correct. The practice of mindfulness is simply to bring awareness into each moment of our lives.

 

Mindful living is an art. You do not have to be a monk or live in a monastery to practice mindfulness. You can practice it anytime, while driving your car or doing housework. Driving in mindfulness will make the time in your car joyful, and it will also help you avoid accidents.

 

You can use the red traffic light as a signal of mindfulness, reminding you to stop and enjoy your breathing. Similarly, when you do the dishes after dinner, you can practice mindful breathing so the time of dish washing is pleasant and meaningful.

 

Do not feel you have to rush. If you hurry, you waste the time of dish washing. The time you spend washing dishes and doing all your other everyday tasks is precious. It is a time for being alive.

 

When you practice mindful living, peace will bloom during your daily activities.
